Shower Unit Coordinator Application

Now Hiring Part-Time On-site Mobile Service Coordinator Serving our unhoused neighbors experiencing homelessness in the Greater Merrimack Valley Area.

Start Date: ASAP after the training.

Hours:

Part-Time (Haverhill site) Saturdays 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Part-Time (Lawrence, MA site) Saturdays 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Rates: $18-$19 an hour.

Position Description:

- Safe driving, daily setup/breakdown of the mobile shower trailer/troubleshooting day-to-day operations.

- Effectively managing digital communications: email, texts, etc.

- Interfacing with host organizations.

- Managing supplies inventory and loading.

- Greeting and engaging homeless guests.

- Keeping cool in challenging situations, practicing empathy, and demonstrating stellar customer service.
