SUMMARY: The Media Content Creator is responsible to produce captivating video, photo, and graphical content from week to week activities, events, and other content produced to promote the vision and mission of the Merrimack Valley Dream Center on all social media platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take initiative and find creative ways to take daily moments within MVDC, public meetings, and various other events and make them for various channels.

Consistently and innovatively acquiring fresh inspiration. Attend weekly events.

Meet monthly with the Executive Director to receive oversight for direction and creative planning.

Attend all required department staff meetings.

Attend all required trips.

Help plan, craft creative content, and manage social media.

Assist in the development of all branding by providing inspiration, feedback, or suggestions. This applies specifically to video elements within a brand identity.

Proactively originate ideas that strengthen digital reach.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ years of relevant digital experience, including design and video. High level of understanding of popular social networks (design, functionality, users, etc.) Attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Interpersonal skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes quickly. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
